I would like to offer you my experience, which I have gained in the field of beekeeping for 32 years and my enthusiasm, which is only growing with time.

Arbeitserfahrung und Hintergrund:: In 1992, I started in Ukraine with an amateur apiary of 30 families and by 2019, I had created a successful enterprise, Pchelych LLC (37628017), with an apiary of 620 bee colonies. Currently, the company's operations are suspended due to the war.
As the founder and director of Pchelych LLC, I have worked on
1. Development and implementation of the company's development strategy and tactics
2. Organisation of work in the following areas
- recruitment and training of staff
- expansion of the apiary, queen breeding
- veterinary support of the apiary
- production of commercial batches of products (honey, pollen, wax, propolis, royal jelly, drone homogenate)
- optimisation and planning of the apiary location for honey collection
- packaging of finished products 20g - 1500g.
- promotion of products to the market, sales
I have personally worked in the selection of families for breeding, queen breeding and royal jelly production.
3. Certification of primary production as organic in accordance with EU Regulation 2018/848 (2017-2020). Production of organic honeycombs as the main product of the company.
4. Production and sale of products for apitherapy
- development and registration of technical specifications for new products
- production of bee products for apitherapy in accordance with state standards
- organisation of apitherapy rooms in healthcare facilities in Ukraine
5. Production testing of an automatic honey pumping line of Ukrainian production
6. Organisation and participation in exhibitions, honey festivals, fairs (one of the co-organisers and sponsors of the ‘Honey Festival’ in Kryvyi Rih)
7. Educational activities
- speaker at conferences on beekeeping in Ukraine
- participant of conferences on apitherapy, congresses of the Union of Beekeepers of Ukraine
- thematic speeches during fairs and exhibitions
- participation in television and radio programmes on beekeeping in Ukraine
8. Social activities.
- organiser of the Cluster of Organic Beekeeping and Apitherapy ‘ORGANIC STEP’ in Kirovohrad region. 2021 (the activity was suspended in 2022)
- participation in charitable activities on behalf of the Union of Beekeepers of Ukraine and Pchelych LLC.
9. Since 2015, the ‘System for remote monitoring of honey collection and apiary protection’ has been developed and used at the apiary

I would like to propose that you consider my candidacy for the position of beekeeper, given the successful apiary development project I have already implemented and the practical experience I have gained in the field of professional beekeeping. My engineering background and approach to business is just an added bonus to my capabilities due to my broad outlook and innovative approaches to problem solving.
I can assist you in setting up additional apiaries in the southern part of Baden-Württemberg, in organising the rearing of queens and new bee colonies.
I can also organise the production of additional products at your apiaries, which will increase their profitability.
I will be happy to consider all possible options for mutually beneficial cooperation.
I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
I communicate in English in everyday life and on apiary topics (B1). From February 2025 to January 2026, I am taking an adaptation course in Germany.
